Delivery Information
At Stylo Direct we are pleased to provide an excellent delivery service to our customers within the UK and countries within the EU. We will endeavor to ensure all parcels are delivered by the specified timescale, We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are delayed or are not delivered in the time frame due to adverse weather conditions, which is unfortunately out of our hands. We can only apologise in advance for this, and will try our uttermost to notify you of any delays.
Shipping Information
UK deliveries:
Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.
Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday. For Overseas purchases this time period is increased to 2 days.

Small Items- Gloves, Accessories, Single items of clothing, are items are sent using Royal mail. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
For Mainland UK: £3.99
Ireland £5.99
Other E.U: £5.99
Large Items- Bags, Trolleys etc are sent using Parcelforce. We ship EVERYTHING on a next day delivery basis.

Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and if no goods have been already dispatched. Refund of payment does not apply to personalised, custom-made or custom fitted goods unless faulty.
Making a contract with us.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available , we may supply substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
